      Dangerous goods booking process:


    *  Submit the following documents more than 3 working days in advance:

        1. Dangerous goods shipping consignment note;

        2. Dangerous goods packaging use appraisal result sheet (dangerous package certificate);

        3. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).


     Things to note:


        A. The Booking Order of the dangerous goods shipping should indicate the Chinese and English product names, container type, CLASS NO., UN NO., cargo packaging, and special requirements;

        B. If transshipment is involved, we need to confirm with the shipping company whether there are any restrictions on the transshipment port;

        C. Provide accurate shipping data, such as qty, net weight, gross weight, and volume.


    *  Provide application materials:

       1. Export and Import Dangerous Goods Transportation Packaging Appraisal Results Form; (Note: Different product names should correspond one to one;)

       2. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet);


     *  Electronic version of customs declaration materials and authorization (paperless customs clearance is now implemented nationwide):


        1. Contract;

        2. Invoice;

        3. Packing list;

        4. Customs declaration order;

        5. Export customs declaration form.


    *  Packing and shipping:


       1. Dangerous goods need to have a loading supervisor present when loading into the container;

       2. Loading pictures need to be taken;

       3. Dangerous goods need to be reinforced during container loading;

       4. Before vessel departs, accurate container loading data must be provided again and submitted to the carrier for review.
